Clair has obtained a quote of £2000 to repair the floor. Helen to ask the Parish Council if this repair would be covered by the Hall’s building insurance.
41 people attended the event on Saturday. Tony will present the financial figures from this event at the next meeting.
Tony reported that we had £2693.00 in the Trust’s current account and about the same amount of money in the deposit account.
Details of how to book the Village Hall are to be republished in the next edition of Round the Revel. Clair to check if the band, Revelations still require the Hall on Tuesday evenings.
Gill has passed on her research to Joanna and is also in the process of obtaining a quote for a disabled ramp to be fitted to the equipment.
The playing field equipment is likely to cost in the region of £10,000. To help to pay for this Joanna is applying for 3 grants, which if successful would cover this expense.
Clair informed the committee that the one off alcohol licence for the Live and Local event had cost £21.
Helen to arrange to have the hall fire extinguishers checked.
